Life Stressors / Decisions
Being able to correctly identify the problem and its causes is helpful for choosing the best course of action. Often there is no “right” answer, but a well thought through choice feels better in the long run because the decision is under one’s own control. Objective input can help a person see different aspects of the situation and also help one interpret the facts differently at times. Learning to recognize one’s own contribution to problems can be useful so that changes become possible.
